What's On Offer?

We have created the "Charities" page where up to 2500 registered charities can have a linked avatar image presence for FREE. Right from the start, we've wanted to include charities in some way in this project, and this is our solution. We will operate it on a first-come-first-served basis as well as we can.

This offer is limited to one 20 x 20 pixel size image per charity, ie. this size...

We will construct your 20 x 20 pixel image for you from your current Twitter avatar, but you must supply us with the charity twitter username and website URL.

And just like for the sponsored linked avatar images, we'll include "mouse over" title/alt text displaying a short message for added impact.

It really is as simple as that!

How To Apply For FREE Pixels

Then, all being well, we'll get your linked avatar image online ASAP!

For the purposes of these "FREE Pixels For Charities Terms and Conditions", the "charities" page image is defined as the 1000 by 1000 pixel static image that features on the "Charities" page (URL http://www.milliondollartwitpage.com/charities.html). Also for the purposes of these "FREE Pixels For Charities Terms and Conditions", for "we" read "Andrew Henderson and Aimee Davison".

• This offer is limited to one 20 x 20 pixel image space per charity.
• Only registered charities may apply.
• We'd really like the charity's twitter account to be following our twitter account (http://www.twitter.com/milliontwitpage) for the whole period that we host a linked image.
• The 1000 x 1000 pixels "Charities" page image will always be located on the "Charities" page. It may also appear (in complete or partial form) elsewhere in this website, possibly re-sized and/or re-coloured.
• All correspondence will be by email, and the only language we will communicate in is English.
• We will always operate with a "first come first served" policy as best we can.
• You will never own any part of this website.
• You will never be permitted to change your image or link.
• If you change your twitter username we can make changes in this website accordingly, and we will charge $50 per twitter username change.
• We are giving no guarantee how long your image and/or link will remain online.
• We will not accept any inappropriate/obscene/offensive/pornographic images or twitter usernames or links, and we will decide what is appropriate for our website. If you submit an image or a twitter username/link that are/is rejected, you will not have the opportunity to provide alternative(s).
• If your application is accepted and you later change the content of the linked twitter stream to show inappropriate/obscene/offensive/pornographic material then your twitter link and image will be removed.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the "Charities" page image (and the rest of this website), you can do that, and the space will become publicly available again.
• We will construct your 20 x 20 pixels image as best we can from whatever your current avatar image is at the time of construction.
• Your image will be linked to your charity twitter profile (ie. to a URL in http://www.twitter.com), it can not be linked to anywhere else.
• The "Charities" page image may appear (in complete or partial form) offline and/or online on promotional material, which we may give away or sell.
• You must have the authority to provide the image and twitter username/link you submit and the ownership of rights thereof. We are not liable for any 3rd party copyright claims or copyright or trademark infringement lawsuits.
• There might be occasional downtime for website maintenence, but we'll try and keep these to a minimum.
• We will not be held liable for any downtime of this website no matter what the reason. We will, however, always try to choose a reliable and reputable website host, and we will do our best to speedily resolve any issues as they arise.
• We will aim to get your image and link online ASAP after receiving an application.
• Although it has been tested extensively and we are fully confident in its integrity, this website is not guaranteed to be glitch-free. If any glitches become known to us, we will of course try to fix them ASAP.
• You may not sell or sublet your pixels!
